Code of Conduct & Ethics
The values and standards of conduct that govern our activities
1. Purpose
This Code sets out the values and standards of conduct that govern every activity of PULSE GUARD Private Company. We operate with integrity, responsibility and respect toward people, clients, partners and society.
2. Scope
This Code is binding on all managers, employees, instructors, physicians, rescuers, associates and subcontractors of the company.
3. Integrity and professionalism
We act honestly, transparently and consistently. We honour our commitments to clients and deliver high-quality services in line with the most current scientific standards and guidelines (such as those of the European Resuscitation Council).
4. Respect, equality and non-discrimination
We treat every person with respect and dignity. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or intimidation on the basis of gender, age, origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other characteristic.
5. Health and safety
We place the safety of people at the centre of what we do. We comply with applicable health and safety legislation and ensure our services are delivered safely, both for trainees and for our staff.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
We protect our clients' confidential information and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable law, solely for the purpose for which it is collected.
7. Conflicts of interest and anti-corruption
We avoid and disclose any conflict of interest. We apply zero tolerance toward bribery and corruption, in accordance with our relevant Policy.
8. Compliance with the law
We comply with all applicable Greek and European Union legislation, as well as with the standards and codes of conduct of our clients, where applicable.
9. Raising concerns
We encourage the reporting of any conduct that breaches this Code, at info@pulseguard.gr. Every report made in good faith is treated confidentially and without retaliation.
10. Responsibility
The management of PULSE GUARD Private Company is responsible for upholding and promoting this Code and is committed to leading by example in its application.
