Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy
Zero tolerance toward any form of bribery and corruption
1. Purpose and commitment
PULSE GUARD Private Company is committed to conducting its business with integrity, transparency and full respect for the law. We apply zero tolerance toward any form of bribery and corruption, in every country and in every transaction. This Policy sets out the principles and rules governing the conduct of all those acting on behalf of the company.
2. Scope
This Policy is binding on all managers, employees, instructors, physicians, rescuers, associates and any subcontractors of PULSE GUARD Private Company, as well as any third party acting in the name of or on behalf of the company.
3. Core principles
- We do not offer, promise or give any improper advantage (financial or otherwise) to any person, public or private, in order to obtain or retain business or any improper advantage.
- We do not request or accept any improper advantage from clients, suppliers or partners.
- We do not make facilitation payments nor pay or receive kickbacks under any circumstances.
- All transactions are recorded accurately and transparently in the company's books and records.
4. Gifts and hospitality
Gifts and hospitality are permitted only where they are of symbolic value, reasonable, transparent and consistent with ordinary business practice. They are strictly prohibited where offered or received to influence a decision, create an obligation or confer an improper advantage. Cash or cash equivalents are never offered.
5. Conflicts of interest
Every person covered by this Policy must avoid situations in which their personal interest conflicts — or appears to conflict — with the interests of the company or its clients, and must promptly disclose any potential conflict to management.
6. Public officials
We exercise heightened care in any dealings with public officials and authorities. No payment, gift or benefit is offered to a public official in order to expedite or influence any administrative or regulatory action.
7. Compliance with the law
The company complies fully with Greek anti-corruption and anti-bribery legislation, with European Union law, and with relevant international standards. Where we work with a client that maintains its own Code of Conduct or anti-corruption standards, we commit to comply with them throughout the engagement.
8. Reporting violations
Any person who becomes aware of or suspects a breach of this Policy must report it without delay to company management at info@pulseguard.gr. No report made in good faith will result in adverse treatment or retaliation against the person who made it.
9. Consequences of violation
A breach of this Policy constitutes serious misconduct and may result in disciplinary measures, termination of the engagement, and referral to the competent authorities where required.
10. Responsibility and review
The management of PULSE GUARD Private Company is responsible for the implementation and observance of this Policy and is committed to complying with it and enforcing it throughout every business relationship. This Policy is reviewed at least annually and updated whenever necessary.
